Awesome work, you look fantastic.

I love this, what a great way to look at it. Very inspirational, well done.

I can honestly say there have been no real sacrifices, apart from vast amounts of lazing about on the couch time and stopping that is no sacrifice. Food and drink wise if I want something I still have it because I am not on a diet as such.

Brilliant work, a real inspiration. Congratulations.

Hi, I'm 5' 11"

Great results, I'm sure you'll get to your 100 before summer is over.

Brilliant job, well done, keep on enjoying the new you.

It wasn't unintentional. ;-) I'm a big fan and that line seemed to fit the situation.

Thank you all for the kind words and encouragement, and for the messages and friend requests. It is very much appreciated and shows what a great community this is.

Many congratulations. Doesn't matter about the time, you were way faster than the guy sitting on the couch, and now you have a target to beat next time.
-
Congratulations, you are doing the right thing and heading in the right direction. I hear and feel everything you said about the depression and not going out but you've broken out of that now and there is only one way to go. I have no doubt with your determination and the support of the great people on MFP you will be…

I can't think of a better NSV.

Doesn't matter if it's half a pound, a pound or however many pounds a week, a loss is a loss so embrace it and send it on its way never to be seen again.

I bet the elephant is a bit freaked out, and possibly slightly annoyed, but way to go. Congratulations. I've lost an Irish Setter and a Chihuahua. Now the Chihuahua would be easy to misplace but an Irish Setter not so.

Looking good, great work. Keep it up.

You better keep shouting at me, I need that. And you also keep convincing me I can lift those extra kilos when I have doubts, you are proved right each time.
-
Nice work.

It's still very much a work in progress but this is the current state of play. The top pictures are from the 5th of March and the lower ones are from yesterday.

I can see a difference. Keep up the good work.
-
Congratulations, keep it up.

Thank you all for the kind words and encouragement, it means a lot. That's what my plan is for the half marathon, I am going to do it and through sponsorship try to raise some money for one of the breast cancer charities and donate it in my wife's name.

What a difference, fantastic work, keep it up.
