I'm all for ensuring fairness and opportunity for visually impaired people and not discriminating against them. However, letting them referee football games does seem a strange choice. ;-)

Yes, will be moving on to that soon and I'm going to keep logging every day.

Congratulations, amazing transformation.

Does it really need explaining? :drinker:

Amazing transformation, very inspiring and congratulations.

MFP way over estimates the calorie burn so personally I wouldn't eat them back based on that. I use an HRM and I eat some of them back, to fuel the next days workout for a start, but since starting this I have never eaten them all, and rarely more than half, back. I'm fitter than I've ever been, healthier than I can…

Thank you all for the kind words, it means a lot and keeps me on track.

Likewise mate, and I can deal with the hurt :noway: for the good it will bring.

I just started eating healthy and exercised, a mixture of cardio and weights. Food wise I eat virtually no processed of pre made meals and as cooking is one of my passions I prepare all my meals using fresh produce. I eat a lot of turkey, chicken and fish along with fresh vegetables, fruits, wholegrain rice, past and the…

The only thing I put in coffee is more coffee, no creamy stuff or anything that sweetens it at all.

Once a week first thing on a Sunday morning while completely naked, I'm weighing me not my clothes. ;-)
-
Yes I do, love it.

Amazing job, congratulations.

I've been over on my sugar because of the amount of fruit I eat every day since I joined MFP and started losing this weight nearly 6 months ago. It hasn't done me any harm. I stopped looking at all the stuff MFP details apart from calories after about a month.

Fantastic achievement, well done and good luck in your chosen career.

Closed, it wouldn't tell anyone much anyway as I really only just stick the calories in to keep a note of them for my own benefit. There's no breakdown of meals and things.

I was 332 pounds when I joined MFP and started this journey back on the 5th of March.

I never really look at that aspect of my diary, haven't found the need to.

Here in my town in the UK my gym membership is £36 a month and that includes the gym, swimming and all classes, with no restrictions on times of use, there are cheaper memberships which don't include the classes or swimming and/or limited to off peak times. We have a brand new £26 million facility opening on Monday which…

I am in Subway right now and in front of me is a 6 inch turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, black olives and jalapenos with honey mustard dressing. I also have a veggie salad bowl with everything and a black coffee. That's todays lunch.

I'm originally from Scotland but have lived in England for the last 30 odd years, currently living in Luton.

People ask me what diet I'm on when they see the weight loss I have achieved and then look a little confused when I tell them I'm not on a 'diet'. I'm not on a diet because there is pretty much nothing I won't eat if I want it and diets tend to be restrictive. Since I started this journey back in March I've, at one time or…

Nugget Comiston. WTF? ;-)

Amazing transformation. Great commitment and very inspirational.

52 years old, 5' 11" and started this just over 5 months ago weighing 332 pounds. As of last Sunday I was 245 pounds and when I have my once weekly weigh in tomorrow morning it will hopefully be less. I think MFP is a great tool in the weight loss armoury, it's kept me focused and on track, and the support and motivation…

To be healthier. To live longer. To run a half marathon To be the person I want to be. The looking good ship sailed a long time ago but if, in the future as a result of this journey, someone decides they like me and something develops then I'll be happy with that as well.

Surely it is about the person and not their name? If I ever end up in a relationship again it will be because I am attracted to the person and her personality, outlook on life and so on, her name won't have any thing to do with it. I may have to rethink this though if I ever meet a woman called Hellova Sweatybuttcrack.
