I have the LifeTrak watch. It does my heartrate, steps, calories etc... You can find them at the radio shack for less than $100. I have averaged 105,000 - 110,000 steps a week since December 2013! I aim for no less than 15K a day! Where there is a will, there is a way!!! For days I dont feel like walking or hiking a mountain, I do zumba and that helps with my stpes. Anyone that rides a harley, you need to take off what tracks your steps! I can ride…

Check out Jorge Cruise, the 100 book. It made alot of since for me! I am very sensitive to sugar so I have had to learn how to eat without alot of carbs. It is an awesome book and his website is great with mealplanning, shoppong list etc... I have metabolic syndrome and this makes me feel so much better.

I also bought the book, it makes a lot of since! I changed my settings manually but that still doesnt do the trick. I made the skinny waffles last night but forgot the truvia :( I can tell my body is liking the program, a lot LESS bloating!!!

I have similar issues. I have consulted a doctor and undergoing several test. I am always calorie deficit when taking into consideration my exercise. I log everything!!! I have an issue with insulin resisitence and metabolic syndrome. I work out 2 hours a day and plan all of my meals. I can weigh up to 10 pounds heavier…
