I just started using fitbit recently and so far I love it! I was definitely inspired to get moving over the weekend. I am a teacher and on my feet all day so during the week I have 10k steps just at work. On Sundays sometimes I only have 4k steps so I took my dogs for a long walk to reach my 10k, One thing I feel uneasy…

I am 5'1.5" and my goal is 115 which is right in the middle of a healthy BMI. At this point, having been overweight since I had children 17 years ago, I would take any healthy BMI and be very proud and happy :-)

Please brag and be proud of yourself! Also, remember that before and after pictures are very inspiring for those of us who are not having success. You post for others as well as yourself!

I was also waiting until I reached a healthy BMI....I got within 7lbs about 2 years ago and was still a 34FF so my friend (who also had a BR) talked me into calling the surgeon. After stopping my antidepressant med I've put on 20lbs but it is all in my stomach . I am committed to reaching a healthy BMI but think the boobs…
