Eating at your BMR does not work for everyone. I've seen a few cases here on mfp where the people eating at bmr actually gained weight rather than loosing. At my biggest 242lbs and I'm 5"10 I wore a size 18/20 jeans/pants 16 - 18 tops (depends on d make) Now I'm 213.4lbs I wear a size 16 jeans comfortably And a 14 top I'm pear shaped so I can never wear the same size top and bottom My UGW is 154lbs (70kg) I'll probably be a size 8 - 10 by then
