Done with level 1 taking a break today and then I will start level 2 tomorrow. I heard it is harder than level 1, I'm already freaking out at the same time I can't wait to start it. I lost a total of 3.4lbs and 5.1 inches in level 1. I can't wait to see the results after doing level 2.

I'm 5 10" and I wear heels when going for special occassions like weddings or when I'm going to the club. I love it cos I feel empowered whenever I throw on a pair. I. Usually wear heels 4 - 5" +. It's fun

I'm 5 10", 200lbs and currently wearing a size 16 jeans which is getting loose. Maybe if I loose another 5 - 8lbs I'll be able to wear a size 14 jeans with ease. I wear a size 12 - 14 top cos I'm pear shape which can be annoying sometims cos it's difficult to find a dress that will fit properly without having to amend it.
