FWIW - I manually logged a tae kwon do class and it was about 1100 calories for a 45 min class... then I did an "Other" workout using my Apple Watch and it was more like 500 calories. I'd rather underestimate than overestimate, so I try to remember to start the workout on my watch instead of manually entering.

I use oats, almond milk, chia seeds, nonfat yogurt, frozen/unsweetened raspberries or blueberries, and walnuts.

If you freeze Cool Whip between two chocolate graham crackers, it tastes just like an ice cream sandwich. Delish.

Yesterday was my first day on 30 day shred... I felt pretty good in the morning, but did a 4.5 mile walk, and now my legs are quite sore. But still looking forward to doing Day 2 tonight!!!
