I suck at staying under my calories on the weekend! I could be down like 6lbs, but I gain a pound back almost every time I go over my calories. I think I need to start splitting my grocery shopping up to two times a week because by the end of the week, I don't have anything good left! Maybe I need to do part of my shopping…

Asparagus is in season! It's super fast. If you need info on how to make it, let me know!

Ice cream. I really like the Skinny Cow caramel truffle bars. 100 calories. WW has little single servings of ice cream too that aren't bad. Kinda expensive though.

To get up on Tuesday and Wednesday morning for a quick walk/run before I have to get ready for work. I got up at 5:45 this morning! So just 15 minutes earlier.

Just a warning, if you are doing string cheese, they vary a ton in calories. I buy the Kraft 2%. I think they are like 50-60 calories which is half what some of the other ones were.

I had 4 club crackers and a string cheese this morning (120 calories). This afternoon I'm having sliced apple with PB and a mini hersey bar (I wanted dark chocolate chips but I couldn't find them in the deep freeze this morning). Careful with the peanut butter as it can be a ton of calories. The last few days I have had…

My point is a pound is 3500 calories, so why did I think jumping on it this morning would be any different than yesterday morning? But whatever. I…

Does anyone else have 1.5 to 2.0 lb fluctuations in their weight from day to day? I could weigh 2 lbs less tomorrow for no good reason.

That's what I thought. I also have a Body Bugg (which I haven't used since August) but to compare, I was allowed to eat 1750 calories (quite a few more than 1200 :) and I needed a calorie deficit of like 650, which as long as I watched what I was eating, I would do pretty easily every day. That was also during summer, so I…

I only have like 270 calories left for today. I haven't worked out yet, but I also haven't eaten dinner or had anything except water since lunch. I have a healthy dinner planned, but I know I am going to need a snack...like now. So my question is did you struggle at first to stay under and does it get easier?
