  • Thanks, My back is really not my worst trouble area, id say my baby pooch or thighs are and they are a whole new ball park . I know its not going to come off in a day but was looking to see if you had to target that area or would it slowly go down like the rest of your body when you exercise and eat right.
  • Thanks been spot on my calorie count for a week now and started walking. Waiting on a few dvds to come in for more of a cardio work out. I just got a set of resistance bands and I have a bowflex but not sure really how to use them correctly.
