Walking in the fresh air!!!! i am also doing 30ds started level 2 last night and was surprised I did better than I thought I would. I love to dance around with my kids to music also.

I have one doesn't really mean anything it was just something I use to collect sun/moons with faces on them. I helped draw it and pick out the colors on it. My next few are going to be meaningful but I don't agree with the whole they should all have meanings, if you like it and it makes you happy bout yourself go for it!

Id say go for it, if it makes you happy and gives you incentive to stay slim get it done. I kinda have a veggie phobia too, I have learned that if it is cut up smaller and mixed into something like a sauce or soup I am fine with eating it. Mine is to be able to fit into cute summer tops and the dreaded shorts I haven't wore shorts in years! I'd love to be able to rock a cute swim suit this summer too, not talking bikini bc I got the dreaded stretch marks but I got my eye on a few cute tankini types might even get as brave to try a Monokini.

I can feel the burn in my legs and thigh area after im done, I did the hard version last night of all the sets and boy was I feeling the burn in the leg muscles lol.

tonight will be day 4 of level 1, I was just noticing today that I am getting some improvements in the stomach area I can't wait to see the final result. I still have a hard time pushing through level one w/o a break here and there but I keep on and only take the five second break she suggests.
