    It's junk food Friday here. Trader Joes turkey corn dogs, sweet potato frites and pears and canteloupe.

    For "junk food" you could certainly do a lot worse.

    Well, it started out as whole wheat linguine tossed with herbs and bbq grilled veggies...but then my company didn't come over. So, then I was going to make some sauteed veggies and chickpeas for me....but then I didn't feel that hungry, because I pigged out at lunch.
    So, I'm enjoying Greek yogurt and toast with pb & j. Hope your dinner was more exciting!

    Try the Weight Watcher Mini Pizzas. They really satisfy your carb craving and have 2 servings in one package for about $2.50. Then add a salad using the dressing that you spritz on. Tastes great and low calorie.:blushing:

    2 cups fresh Spinach
    1/4 cup sliced Strawberries
    1/4 cup Cashews
    1/4 cup Goat Cheese
    1 6 ounce grilled salmon filet
    1 ounce sherry vinaigrette - a raspberry, pomegranate vinaigrette or cranberry walnut will work if you can not find the sherry one.

    I made my own pizza tonight. I used Pillsbury Crescent Rounds (lots of fat; I would have used a flat out bread if my son wasn't sharing it with me), tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese. Also spinach salad with grapes and almonds. Chocolate pudding for dessert.
