This salad is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 cups fresh Spinach
1/4 cup sliced Strawberries
1/4 cup Cashews
1/4 cup Goat Cheese
1 6 ounce grilled salmon filet
1 ounce sherry vinaigrette - a raspberry, pomegranate vinaigrette or cranberry walnut will work if you can not find the sherry one.

Not super good calorie wise but it's friday! Crockpot pork ribs ceasar salad and homemade garlic bread...yum0

I made my own pizza tonight. I used Pillsbury Crescent Rounds (lots of fat; I would have used a flat out bread if my son wasn't sharing it with me), tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese. Also spinach salad with grapes and almonds. Chocolate pudding for dessert.0
