  • I have been doing Insanity the Asylum for about 2 weeks now and it is a great workout. I feel like my fitness and health is already better! The workouts are really challenging and help you push yourself to your fitness goals

  • You can definitely get great results without shakeology while doing Insanity. Shakeology is just a really good supplement that contains super foods and has really great ingredients. With shakeology people can get their BEST results but without shakeology you can still get GREAT results
  • The first workout is always the hardest but don't worry and just keep pressing play. I promise you the workouts will get easier and you will see the pounds just melt away
  • Whey protein, creatine, glutamine, and shakeology
  • I'm doing Asylum starting May 17th I like that it incorporates more resistance workouts than the traditional insanity while still keeping the heart rocket skyrocketing during the workout
  • I'm gonna try and gain mass and muscle doing a 60% carb 20% fat 20% protein with only good/complex carbs, lean meats and proteins and healthy nuts and oils for fats... gonna try to go no cheat meals over the 30 days of Asylum
  • Starting Insanity the Asylum on May 17th. Gonna try and gain some muscle throughout the 30 days... Wish me luck!

  • I started lifting by doing P90X and would recommend it. There are women on the video that do the workouts and don't lift heavy weights or get really bulky
  • Start with an assisted pull up with one or two feet on a chair. Did this when I started P90X and pushed myself to do as many as i could by the end of my round of P90X i could do around 20-23 pull ups unassisted!

  • I would suggest Power 90 or P90X. Even if you are just starting out you can still do P90X you can just modify the moves. The videos show how to modify the moves so anyone can do them
