I bought a "Fitbit" to track my steps. Usually don't have any problems making the 10,000 steps a day goal on the weekends, as I'm more active during the day than during the week with my desk job. Hang in there! Don't starve yourself...it works against you. I often weighed less the day after I ate more than my alloted calories. Stick with it, eat and exercise and you will see success. It doesn't happen overnight but it will happen. Good luck!

Try adding in a package of pudding mix (dry) to the yogurt. I like the cheesecake flavor. Makes the yogurt taste yummy! I have even used it as filling in the little graham cracker mini pie crusts, and added strawberries on top! About 200 calories for a little dessert!

Try mixing it with Jello Cheesecake Pudding Mix...it takes just like you're eating cheesecake and doesn't add that many calories.
