Hello. I'm a former member of WW. I quit because I don't like SmartPoints. It wasn't working for me.

Hello. I need some new active friends. I have a 9 month old and I need to start being accountable and get this baby weight off!

SW: 207 CW: Somewhere in the 170s GW: 157 I only weigh myself monthly since I'm pregnant. I did get to goal and will be working on getting back there. Not doing much exercise right now, but I usually run 5-10km 3x per week.

It tasted awful. I think I lasted a week before I couldn't stand the food anymore.
-
Nope, I lost all of my weight while being on the medication.

I came to say exactly the same thing. Also if you don't want to fully replace the ground beef, it works well as a 50/50 mix with ground beef.

That was my thought too. If MFP doesn't have a specific ingredient, add it to the database. Once it's in there once, it's accessible to you every time you log. For everything else, weigh and measure.
-
This exactly. Following the weight watchers plan is to focus on what you're eating, not just eating all of the zero points you want.

Came for the cauliflower and cashew recipe, got none. Disappointed, but will have to investigate the posted recipes.

You don't need a special food to eat or shake to drink. You need portion control. Weigh and measure everything. Move. Do any kind of exercise. The weight will come off, but you have to be patient.

Yes, I love living in Canada.
-
Agreed. There's no weight on my driver's license.

Get a food scale!

This is the website I was about to recommend. You could also go to a studio, many have introductory passes so you can try it out and see what classes are like.

Yeah I never had oopma loompa clothes. However, to answer the question, I got rid of most of my clothes as soon as they stopped fitting and I replaced them. I have no intention of gaining weight, so I have no reason to keep them.

Make a favourite at-home meal. You control what's in it and still enjoy it.

I stock up on smartones when they go on sale and eat them when I don't have leftovers to take for lunch.
-
I second this. Also weigh and measure everything. And log everyday even the bad days.
-
What do you want help with? A few biscuits shouldn't derail your entire week. Throw the rest away if you don't have self-control and keep going.
-
Since your race is on Sunday, try "hip opener" yoga stretches. And afterwards, you should see a doctor for an accurate diagnosis, and a physiotherapist to work on recovery.

I recommend this as well. Asics are excellent but didn`t feel comfortable for me, so I wear (and love) Saucony`s.
-
I was about to post the same thing, so I`ll just quote it.

Well said

My very first run, I thought I had asthma. I coughed and coughed and coughed for hours afterward. I had a coach then. He said to keep trying and if it didn't let up after a week (I was running 3x a week) to see a doctor. It was almost non-existant on my second run. So try again tomorrow and see if it gets better. And slow…

I have a binder which holds index cards and dividers for each topic. I got mine from Chapters, but it can easily be made by hand.

I still run.

Get baselayer pants and shirt. Then layer from there. Right now (around -5C), I typically run in the baselayers, plus a long sleeve zip up, scarf, hat, thick socks and wind breaker.
