Try eating eggs or egg whites if you prefer. Greek yogurt also has a good deal of protein. I think 15 g for a 6 oz serving... However, my stomach doesn't like all the dairy in the morning so I eat is as a snack.

My face gets really red during an intense workout. My husband teases me and tells me that my face is purple. LOL! I just deal with it during the workout and splash my face with cool water after. I don't get dizzy or light headed from it though...

You really need to try and meet your caloric needs especially when doing Turbo Fire or any other intense workout program. I tend to eat alot of nuts when I'm not that hungry. Modify! You might want to replace Plyo with another form of cardio that's low impact. However, if the pain is really bad, you may just need to rest. Listen to your body. If it's telling you not to do something, it's best that you don't.
