A few pounds and muscle tone makes a difference! You look awesome!

Marry him! LOL!! You want someone who'll love you no matter how you look. I gained about that much weight at my highest... after we were married. He never mentioned the weight gain to me. He just supports me. However, overall, our relationship is better now that I've lost 20 pounds, but that's do to my increasing…

Why doesn't this work with my husband? I always have to yell and he still doesn't get it. :P However, I do agree. You could do some research about why it's a bad idea to go running when it's excessively hot out. Then use that to prove to your dad that it's not a good idea.

I have been blessed with a fair amount of junk in my trunk. You can have some if you like. Or you get those Booty Pop panties. :P If anything, check out the commercials. They're hilarious!

I prefer to workout alone. My husband often interrupts (ie smacking my butt while I'm doing a downward facing dog) and I get angry with him. I just want to be left alone so I can focus on me and not be distracted by other people.

I do ballet barre work while cooking dinner.

I buy them from Beachbody. It's the only way to guarantee that you're getting whole program. I don't have a problem with sales pressure from my coach. He rarely sends out mass e-mails. I had one assigned to me that sent alot of emails and changed it when I found an inspirational person on the Beachbody forums.

I have the FT4 as well. That's a great price. I think I spent around $70 for mine last year. It is very easy to program. Only takes a few minutes.

It's all about effort. I am not a runner... nor am I a jogger. I'm ridiculously slow when I attempt to jog and it's a tough workout for me. If you're getting your heart rate up, it doesn't matter how fast you're going.

I try to stop eating a couple of hours before bed. Only because I don't like going to bed with a full stomach and tend to get heartburn if I eat right before bed.

I was researching this a while ago. I never invested in the Bowflex because... well... I wasn't consistent enough in my workouts to validate the purchase. I researched a few different adjustable dumbbell sets and the Bowflex seem to be the best in terms of quality. However, powerblocks would've been my second pick.…

It's not sad. I'm totally excited too!

I feel like I'm constantly eating. I'm a grazer. I eat every 2-3 hours. The amount of calories I eat as snacks average to about the same as one meal. If you're eating healthy snacks and getting your protein and such in, you should be fine.

You would need to replace the processed foods like the lunch meats. It seems like your putting turkey deli meat on salads. Replace that with some grilled chicken. Also, certain cheeses have alot of hidden sodium. However, I think the deli meats are where you're consuming the most sodium. Some of them have over 600mg of…

I haven't looked at your diary yet, but you're close to a healthy weight for your height. The weight is harder to lose the closer you get to your goal weight. You've done great so far, but at this point it really takes alot of patience. As far as exercise, make sure you're doing both cardio and strength training.

My niece and nephews are too young to realize I'm sucking up to them... I'll spoil them in the mean time. When I get old, I can say "which aunt was the one that got you the Hagrid's Hut lego set for your 7th birthday? That's right! This one!" or "which aunt gave you gameboy DS for Christmas one year? Yup! Me again." LOL!!

Eventhough you were kidding. I'll agree with this. I will admit that part of my not wanting kids is because I'm a little selfish. I'm selfish with my time. I'm selfish with how I want to use my energy. I'm selfish with how I want to spend my money... Oh.... and I like rubbing the fact that I get to sleep for 12 straight…

I've been with my husband for 11 years and married a little over 4. I've been saying that I don't want kids since my early 20's. My aunts keep telling me I'll change my mind. I guess I'm waiting for the clock to start ticking. I just turned 30 and I'm still on the fence about it and say "no" to having kids. When I ask my…

I'm 5'2" 141 lbs Pant size: 6-8 depending on the cut. Wore a size 8 bridesmaid dress at the end of April. Depending on the brand, my shirt size is a small or medium.

Just listen to your body. It'll tell you when to rest. However, you should take atleast one rest day a week to allow your body to recover. If on your rest day you really feel like you need to move, you can do some light intensity walking. Just don't do anything too strenuous.

I call shenanigans on this one! The sample size is way too small. However, I will say that my marriage has gotten better since I've lost some weight, but that was because of issues I had with myself.

I was on WW for a while and I did this way too frequently. With the new program and all of the fruits and most veggies being 0 points, I've seen alot of my online WW friends struggling. There's this mentality of it being "free" food so I can eat all that I want of it. One of the reasons I left WW was because I was tired of…

Vodka and club soda with lime is your best bet. Stay away from vodka tonics though. Tonic water has calories and sugar that you don't need.

OMG! I start watching it and get totally sucked in. I'm just astonished at the behavior of these kids and their parents that I can't turn it off.

I might not notice. However, I do notice when I'm around my sister and her kids. My nephew is a normal weight kid, but I still think that she lets him drink too much soda. Then again, I usually just see him at parties and family events so I don't know if the soda drinking is the norm in their house. If I have kids, I hope…

Yup about the calories to point ratio. I have a WW friend that tracked here and on WW for a little while. She had eaten 1500 calories and still had 4 daily points left. Fruit being 0 points really messes people up because they think they can eat all the fruit they want and not worry about it. I pretty much stalled out on…

Thought of one!! Scrapple... My husband loves it and it's just gross! Crunchy on the outside and mushy yuck on the inside...

It's really up to you. I generally do 2-6 days of Start It Up. Then, 12 Days of Ramp It Up. The last 3 weeks is Burn it Up. You'll do 6 consecutive days and take a rest day on Day 7. However, when you move onto the next step is purely up to you. If after the first week Start It Up is still challenging, you can do it for…

You have unhealthy things that you don't like? I'm jealous! I can't think of any. :P However, I am jealous that my brother in-law doesn't like soda because of the carbonation. Wish I had that problem. It would make it really easy to stay away from beer, soda, liquor mixed with selzer... and so on...

P90X is a very intense program. There are people who go straight for it when they start working out. They modify like crazy and aren't able to do everything in the workout. They just build up the strength and eventually are able to do it. If you want something a little less intense in the same series of workouts, you can…
