I can relate to this. I gained my weight due to eating lots of processed sugary foods. I am in the same boat as you. Been holding for awhile now, so have decided to eat the full calories, even the exercise calories. Hoping it works & does reset my metabolism like you described. Good luck to us both!

I cooked 4 chicken breasts in the crock pot this weekend w BBQ sauce ( a recipe I found here), then shredded it & let them soak up the sauce. We used it for tacos, & on salads Now tonight we are using it in "stuffed peppers" with1/8 c of lofat cheese on top. There's still over 2 cups of chix left so plan to freeze the…
