I use spark as an additive in my work out water, I wouldn't attribute any weight loss to the spark its self, but it does give me a need energy boost to get through my work outs after a long day. I also use rehydrate electrolyte replacement after my birkam yoga class! I love it!

I am using Advocare meal replacement shakes....I swear I have tried them all, and they taste the best. I signed up to be a distributor to get the discount. I like the chocolate, the mocha and the vanilla the best!

I am 5'3" and my goal weight is 135-140, I have a very curvy body type and always considered that my idea weight (size 6) from there I will re-evaluate and see what happens with good exersize and muscle tone which I never had even when I was thin. I have a LONG way to go, but I can wait to just see a 1 in fron of those…

P.s I was in Alice Springs, so we had the teeniest, and MOST expensive selection ever! Sometime the whole town would be out of buns/bread..if the train was delayed. =)

I spent 3 wonderful years in Australia ( just returned to the U.S in Dec) and when we first moved I was shocked that there were so few varieties of packaged snacks! Food was so much less preserved, less adatives and fresh, I had no idea cheese didn't have to be ORANGE! lol. Now that I am back I find U.S supermarkets…
