  • So, does anyone care about the calories per smoothie? How do y'all log the smoothie calories in your food diaries?
  • My go to breakfast smoothie is mixed frozen berries, cranberry juice (100%), plain non-fat yogurt, protein power, a little oat bran, coconut water and a packet of lemon-lime EmergenC. No idea how many calories it is, but it fills my 32 oz aluminum bottle.
