I am on the 1200 calorie diet and I have lost 12 lbs. I reallyt ry to exercise to make up for the difference if I am hungry or at least do a brisk or leisure walk for 30 min every other day and if i miss my 30 min work out, i will do a 1 hr work out video. Eating before 8 pm helps. I drink water, unsweetned tea and coffee.…
