Coffee Creamer. I hate logging those calories, but it's the one thing I will not give up. I do try to limit myself to one or two cups a day. I use less creamer if I'm having two cups so it sort of balances itself out.

My treadmill sat virtually unused for about 8 months after I got it. But once I started to make a determined effort to use it - the pounds really started to come off. :) I still rarely WANT to go run on it, but I find if I just get it out of the way first thing in the morning it's not so bad. And I always feel much better…

I LOVE the Egg White Delight! I think it tastes pretty good. They were testing it in my area for several months before rolling it out elsewhere. I'm so glad I can get it all over now. You can also now get the egg whites substituted on any of the sandwiches.
