And that is your problem you have to weigh things and measure things to know exactly what to log it can differ so much. Scales are pretty cheap and its a habit after you start.

I was in the same boat until this morning. Just some advice that i was given drink way more water at the least 6 cups a day the more the better. Keep you carbs under 100 if you can 75. At 5'5 I think I might agree with her you might look to skinny but like the other post you will see what's best for you when u get to 145. If you like it stay there if your not happy try to lose more. My goal is 125 but I am only 5 foot
