  • Hi my name is Sarah born and raised in Northern indiana :-) Im a stay at home mother of two just trying to get my baby weight off. i just started a week ago and just by eating healthier and running a mile or 2 about 4 times a week ive already lost 3 lbs :-) its a good start to getting rid of my baby weight
  • When i get cravings for chocolate i eat a chocolate chunk granola bar. I just get the great value ones from walmart and theyre only 90 calories. And usually that gets me past the craving. Then when i crave super sweet or sour candy i just eat either purple or green grapes. works everytime for me
