If you have your macros set on what MFP has than it's ok to go over...I would set your Macors to 40/30/30 and about 30grams of fiber

by eating your TDEE minus the 15%...do you eat your exercise calories back if you burn less than 500?

I'm not a SAHM, wish I was though, but I work full time have two kids 12 and 9, hubs and all the other mom/wife stuff. I get up at 5AM, that's what works best for me. I've done all my workouts at home,never once bought a gym membership. I've done anything from Jillian Micheals Shred, to walking, to biking, and now…

I always shoot for a carb and protein at each 'meal/snack' whatever you want to call it about 250 a meal/snack apple with peanut butter chicken with veggies cottage cheese with peaches protein bar with a fruit egg with toast

I'm thinking mine is more modest, I'm pretty sure, since I feel great with where I am! HEalth and Fitness wise. Even in High School I never wore a bikini. So where do you find the best swimsuit....

I've found that MFP has carbs way to high and protein to low, you might change your Macros to 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat You should have at least 1gram of protein per your goal weight ex. you want to weigh 130 shoot for 130grams of protein

I'm an apple too! The girls were the first to go...which I was glad, since I don't have to wear to sports bra anymore ;) then my thighs and arms. I'm still working on the tummy! Abs come for the kitchen, right :)
