I usually have a piece of fruit, a cup of tea or some Skinny Metcalfe's popcorn at 112 per bag and you get loads! There's lots of snacks to have when hunger strikes. How about a low calorie dip with breadsticks (21 cals per stick) or cucumber/carrot for a real low cal option. Good luck x

Don't weight yourself daily, it will become an obsession. Weigh yourself on a morning after using the toilet and before eating/drinking anything and stick to that same day and time each week. Ahhh I love Las Iguanas. When I eat there I have a chicken burger but ask for it without the bun and get a salad with it or steak with patatas bravas plain with no sauce.

Of course you can exercise whilst on the 1200 diet but I strongly advise that you eat more calories on those days. It is recommended not to dip below 1200 so say you then go and burn 500 exercising, you're only actually eating 700 which is just not enough to give your body the energy/nutrients it needs.
