i like my fitbit, i like how it tracks sleep and stairs. nothing is completely accurate but it gives you an idea if you've done anything or need to get off your butt and do more.

i mostly just add chopped veggies like a pilaf and then spray braggs liquid aminos on it and sprinkle a little seasoned sea salt or greek seasoning for a little flavor. ive seen several recipes that sound good online but have yet to try any of them.

just junk in general, bad carbs, empty calories etc. it wasnt just one thing, it was all things with no moderation at all.

you cant beat the fiber in fruits and veggies to keep things flowing normal. plenty of water helps too. i also like to do shots of wheatgrass which also really helps.

hi, i'm Matt. i'm not realy a vegetarian, yet. i'm working towards it. i have not eaten any meat in 3 days. i'm trying to switch to more of a plant based diet like in the engine 2 diet. not so much for ethical reasons, more for health reasons and weight loss for me. i have felt a lot better the last few days so we will see…

i'd eat light before a workout. it sucks working out if you are too full and feeling heavy. a little fruit or something. after i would try to eat a little protein and carbs. then rehydrate like crazy to replace your elctrolites(sp?) JMO
