yes i am a little sore, did 8 miles on bike yesterday plus went swimming,today weights and 3 miles on bike.alternating weight with cardio. we will see.bought a pair of 10 pants today!!!

i am reaching 6 months and things have slowed down on weight lose, i am exercicing more and since i get up at 5am to swim the days are longer and i seem to eat more.also i can't sleep at all .maybe two hours then awake. i am getting really tierd.
