Lots of sugar, and not too many flavors. I'm drinking some Body By Vi shakes right now, they're really good and have nutrients, and then I also eat lean proteins, fruits and veggies. I did try Slim Fast but I was ALWAYS hungry!

I don't feel like it was a workout unless I'm dripping in sweat at the end! :)

I have a protein smoothie, almond milk, protein powder and usually some frozen fruit.

I weigh in once a week, on Tuesday mornings, and log that # no matter what it is. I weigh myself everyday, but just to keep on track.

I agree to go high protein. I am currently doing Body By Vi and I have 2 protein shakes/day, 2 healthy snacks (carrots or cucumbers with salsa, low-fat cheese sticks, cottage cheese, laughing cow cheese, etc.)/day and then 1 sensible meal that is mostly protein and veggies.

It thickens it up, adds flavor and also makes it a little sweeter. I love it! Oh, and I used chocolate pudding today, but you can use whatever kind you like. :)

Bump is so the post is back up to the top of the list. :) I always have a protein shake for breakfast, I'm doing Body By Vi so I use almond milk, 2 scoops of my protein shake mix, and then in the morning I usually just add 1 tsp instant coffee and some ice, blend it up and I have a 125 calorie iced latte. I'm on here everyday, you can add me as well! I lost 30 lbs last summer and now I'm on a quest to lose the last 30. Down almost 6 lbs in two weeks, and 5 inches so I'm motivated!

I LOVE kettlebells! I have a friend who is a personal trainer and she specializes in Russian kettlebells. Google it, but I have some serious definition in my arms now, and it is such a great workout. I adore them, and I'll be happy when I recover from my neck injury and can get back to them.
