We have a 2007 Toyota Tundra that my husband drives, a 2012 Hyundai Sonata that I drive for work and a 2013 BMW 328i x drive that is my fun car. My 16 year old has a 1991 Toyota Corolla.

Try adding some HIIT workouts (High intensity interval training), they are fun and change things up! www.fitnessblender.com has some great free ones!

Exactly this, except whatever protein you like.

Eat more protein, and fresh vegetables and fruit - it will keep you full longer and be better for you!
-
I have a protein shake for breakfast everyday, I make it the night before if I know I'm gonna be in a rush the next morning, but it's easy, fast and healthy.

Height? 5'4 Starting weight? 181 Current weight? 148 Goal Weight? Don't have a goal weight, but 18% body fat. Currently I'm at 26% Age? 36 How many calories you eat a day? About 1400 on average, more if I workout

No, I don't, but I do make sure they get healthy food. My kids are 14 (boy), almost 5 and 3 (girls) and all of them understand we are working on getting healthy as a family. Both my husband & I have lost quite a bit of weight this year, but I don't want ANY of them thinking they need to diet, or freak out about calories,…

LOVE this!

I'm 5'4, about 145 lbs and I'm 24% body fat. I'm strength training currently and I have noticed a HUGE difference.

When I see really heavy people at the gym working out the only thing that goes through my mind is "Good for them! They are being proactive and doing something" and I just feel PROUD of them, even though I don't know them. You can do this, I just know it!

Gonna try this as soon as I get some milled flax seed!

I eat at least 15g of protein before I go out to eat, and drink at least 16 oz of water before I even look at the menu - by then I'm so full I barely want to eat! :) I also ask for a to-go container and I box up half before I start eating - out of sight, out of mind.
-
I eat about 140g/day, greek yogurt, protein shakes, almonds all are a good source.

I love football, GO SEAHAWKS!
