It might sounds boring, but in these cases I raid the fridge for salad veg. Even if its just lettuce and cucumber. Costs you virtually nothing calories wise, and you still feel like you're eating. Also keep in mind that the 15% model is prepped for comp! She is tanned, contoured and has been flexing for the last hour to make every muscle pop... I promise you in broad daylight on any normal day she doesn't look exactly like that either. If you are anywhere near those digits, you're doing amazing..beyond amazing... !

I think given your current weight, 1200 is low. Its important to consider your TDEE so you aren't eating to few calories, even when you're trying to lose weight. I know its easy to aim for a low caloric goal when trying to lose a lot of weight, but it can be harder to maintain long term. I think upping to 1500-1600 would…

I'm with you too, Jackie! I started 2 months ago at 195, and now I weigh 179. I'm 5'4, and apart from when I go out for a daily jog, I am hugely sedentary, so I can also use some motivation! :smiley: I'm adding you as a friend!
