SO happy that this is continuing on :) This is the most rewarding challenge that I have found on MFP. I have lost 18 lb over the last challenge, and though I have slowed down (as we all can attest, over the holidays things get a bit lazy .... well, at least for me they do) and a new job working in a pizza restaurant is…

Definitely joining the new challenge - this has been my fave group and most motivating group to be a part of :) Can't wait to weigh on New Years Day having reached the 15 lb goal, and only 0.5 kg off my hopefully-if-I-can-stay-super-motivated-over-the-holidays-goal !! :D

I can appreciate where you are coming from @iamjiyoung, but from my personal perspective (and many others) 55kg is so small! :) As the other people have said, three weeks is a short time, and you have still lost weight over this timeframe. Take it slowly and be consistent.

I was so confused! In Australia, to my wide an vast knowledge (haha), all sweet potatoes are sweet potatoes, and all yams are sweet potatoes. I don't think I've ever seen a true yam... this is enlightening!

As far as I'm aware, burping and belching are the same thing. More often than not, its the carbonation in said drinks that makes you feel bloated and the need to burp in the first place. Eating too quickly, or drinking while eating can also cause a feeling of bloat by swallowing air though... so I guess I could understand…

I'm from Australia, so my knowledge of craft American beers is... well.. probably not as good as many of you! My favourite US beer is definitely Lost Coast Brewery's Indica IPA from California. Banging hops and the branding is just beautiful. I have a couple of their marketing artworks framed in my house! Best local brew…

Yes there are loads of people eating vegan on here! Some for weight loss, though most for ethical reasons. If you scroll through the groups page you will find a bunch of groups in which you can find a lot of information and support. I avoid meat, dairy and eggs 97% of the time, so if thats good enough for you, feel free to…
