Hey me! My weight right now is 67.2kg so hopefully I'll hit the 65kg before Christmas. I have found that recently I have trouble not necessarily with eating too much calories but with getting enough calories without just eating junk food to get the calories up. I love simple rice and veggie type meals though.1

I'll give it a try! I have lost 50 lbs as of this morning. The loss is a little slow now and 4 lbs will put me at goal. Merry Christmas to me!2

@accn1 Low calorie meals I've tried:
-Panko crusted tilapia/fish with GF bread crumbs
-Mexican spaghetti squash recipe with squash, tons of chopped up veggies, ground turkey
-Greek Yogurt chicken salad (basically shredded chicken, greek yogurt, celery, and grapes)
-Zuchinni lasagna (using zucchini instead of pasta noodles and ground turkey instead of hamburger)
They aren't perfectly healthy, but I'm trying! Anyone else have any good low-cal recipes to share?1 -
