That's an Awesome idea! You could take the chance to gradually ease into it. No stress. Just make healthy choices. If they are paleo great. If you want pizza that's fine too though.

Make sure you don't use lean ground beef. Also more than 4 oz is also ok. Your protein should be the star of your meal.

I agree. It takes your body a while to fully adjust to this lifestyle. When you become fat adapted then you will naturally be less hungry because your body is able to sustain itself for longer periods of time between meals. Scrambled eggs cook in about 3 minutes. You could boil eggs on the weekend and have them all week. I don't need breakfast most of the time if I've been making good choices. My body naturally phases it out.

I second the planet box. I have a launch, and my kids both have rovers. I do salad just about everyday for lunch with leftover meat from the night before.

I like to sew. Actually I am learning to sew. I have successfully made a few dresses for my daughter. I'll call that a success since I can follow a pattern. I also love to read and watch tv. I guess I can call going to the gym a hobby too because I do like to do that.

I noticed my sleep became so much better only a few days of paleo eating. I think I had something to do with the increased protein intake. I don't really know but I sleep like a rock.

My ibs is 100% better. If I eat paleo 100% my body loves me. If I stray Much at all it screams at me terribly. Not worth it to me. Reason #259 my life seems better because of paleo.
