MFP is my fitness pal I too fell off the wagon. Isn't it interesting how crappy the SAD diet makes you feel? I never knew it before going primal.

I normally make a large salad and make it a meal. If I am at a restaurant though I will eat it before my meal.

I also think it can be useful for people. I have been there too. Now us just not the time for me. I really like your no weighing idea. I think I'll try 1 month and see how it goes. I tend to weigh daily. It doesn't help with the anxiety either.

I am so glad to see that others are not tracking. I sometimes feel like everyone else on the board tracks. It is just not best for me at this point in my journey.

Do you want to track calories for the rest of your life for maintenance? If not I would recommend you eat intuitively (listen to your body). If necessary you can track at the end of the day to see where you are as far as calories but don't focus your entire day around it. I believe it was JOnathon Bailor from the smarter…

I plan to get food allergy testing done in January. I am pretty sure that I have a severe allergy to milk since it makes me vomit and makes my tongue and throat itchy. I think I will give up the coffee. I totally agree that having not eliminated dairy for 30 days that I can not be sure if it bothers me or not.

I typically just fry my eggs (2-3) and eat it over a sweet potato with some coconut oil or butter. It's amazing! It's a good balance of macros too.

I'm about to make a post on the board but as far as carbs go would your guys go for sweet potatoes or fruit. I feel like I need to work on my sweet tooth. Just putting that out there. I don't know which I better. Trying to experiment. I also want to make sure I'm getting enough carbs for my workouts.

I am doing a reset starting May 1 as well. Basically whole 30 that allows butter and bacon. Possibly heavy cream.

This is very helpful. I am your height and also large frame. I am 160 and want to lose about 20. I have a fit bit that recommended 1500-1600 minimum on sedentary days, so it looks like it would be similar. Thanks!

How many zone blocks do you eat? My nutritionist at my cf recommended zone, but I was so hungry. I was doing 11 blocks as recommended in the book. That is not enough food! I have given thought to 12-13 on off days and 13-14 on workout days.

I should add when I don't track until I am done eating for the day eating intuitively that I end up around 1800-2000. My goals are for fat loss. What about carbs if not counting calories? My carbs are typically around 75-100.

I don't know. Mine seems worse when I start building muscle. Could be my imagination because I am paying closer attention. Who knows. Not much help, sorry. Everyone has cellulite. It sucks and is not very pretty. I just don't wear shorts to crossfit because I am uncomfortable with it for the time being.

I also listen to the angriest trainer podcast. It's not paleo but no sugar, no grains. They are hilarious but it is labeled explicit. Livin lavida low carb is also good. The paleo view is my very favorite though.

Bacon. It will bump up your calorie count real quick. I also do mini quiches with lunch meat for crust that I cook in a muffin tin.

I have thought about not buying his junk anymore. I think I'll tell him that I won't buy anymore but he still can buy his own if he wants but keep it on the top pantry shelf that only he can reach, so the kids and I won't be tempted. I love that idea. I also am totally checking out meetup groups! Thanks so much!
