  • I have a polar heart rate monitor. It has a chest strap and a watch. You can set it for different heart rate ranges and it monitors your calories burned. Not sure how much it cost, I got mine as a gift. It seems to be pretty accurate too.

  • I don't think so. I was at Cardinal Fitness until they closed and my membership was transfered over to LA Fitness so I'm not sure what kind of memberships they offer.

  • LA Fitness on Rockville road or on shore drive. Was at Cardinal Fitness for 9 years before they closed down.
