I just started Brazil Butt Lift and I really like it. I have an ample rear, but I would like to make it mite firm. Any suggestions for a full body weight lifting routine? Lifting is the key to weight loss!

Hi Everyone! This is C1D3 for me. The first two days were brutal. I am a carb addict and by 3 pm, I am CRAVING carbs. I haven't given in, though, and I am still excited. I'm hoping that this will break me through this YEAR-LONG plateau I have been on. (ARGH!!!) I already work out 5 days a week, so today was my first day…
