SW 253.8 Xmas GW 233 UGW 195. Been stuck in the 250s for a while now, but at least I'm not seeing 260s any more. The change I'm trying this week is eating grapefruit with breakfast and one other meal...Trying to remember water, vitamins, and my daily dose of veggies! Good luck, everyone!

Burpees and bosu-ball lunges for me. My PT also has me do the ab roller and I hate that too. Lots of exercises make me feel great, though--deadlifts, squats, wall-sits with bicep curls, clean and press, back extenders, upright row....
