  • I find I am a bowl person for lunch. I pick a bean, some broccoli, cauliflower, avocado, salsa fresca maybe some quinoa or rice, hot or cold depending on the day, easy lunch. I have to force myself to finish it.

  • Joined the group because I had lost the wgt I wanted too and got lazy. I need to loose some lbs again and keep them off. Working is not a problem. I too love to wk out at home like Dean, but i do so get tempted by junk food. My goal is to get waistline down a couple of inches again and getting my abs nice and defined.
  • i nave been doing great i just have a couple of lbs left to go. best part is 42 pt off the cholesterol and i am looking so much more like the old me. just in time for 30 yr hs reunion i have to focus on healthy foods only and one sweet treat a wk. it is sooo hard not to eat the goodies.

  • i would love a motivated work out friend, currently i balance strength training, cardio, pilates, yoga. i do use work out tapes and do a lot walking too. I am also really good a nutrition when i put my mind to it. Balance is key for me. I really love to feel the burn but love a good yoga stretch at the end.
  • i am a huge beach body fan for work outs, they have a 10 min workout by Tony Horton, and along with diet you could really do well. i have had the most wgt loss when i just watched what i ate. Please don't do diet pills, unless you are being supervised by a physician.
