  • You have good fats, carbs, and sugar and you have your bad fats, carbs, and sugar. One of the weaknesses with this program is it doesn't distinguish between the two.

  • I put on 10 for a week and 1/2 vacation to Disneyworld. Would've been much more if not for all the walking. It came off pretty quickly once back on a routine.
