I'm curious as to whay there are a lot of comments declaring nakedness in lockerooms as creepy? These instances just say to me that the complainers are prudes or ageist or both

It is on the labels I'm putting it in from. Where do you get that the labels don't give it for a portion size? Some don't - and for those I'll use the 100g/ml info but plenty do, so according to you I'm wrong because I do what you don't personally like. Likewise putting "Soup, Heinz Classic Tomato" instead of "Heinz…

I put packets or cans sometimes because its easier to judge by eye if you're having half a pack of something. Just because it's not how you'd do it - that doesn't mean its been done wrong. Also - putting an accurate item description is means that confirmation and barcode searches work better.

Hungary Happy Heathly is fabulous http://www.hungryhealthyhappy.com/ Danni is from Manchester and has lost 98lbs - hers posts on healthy eating, exercise and the mindset of being healthy are fantastic. She's also active on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Facebook is where I follow most of her posts

Lift weights... building your lean muscle mass will boost your metabolism. There's no magic pill or powder i'm afriad

Urrrgh! what?!? I have no words!

It always astounds me that there's only a handful of us who wipe the bikes down after spin class :/ The rest of my gym is mostly clean and tidy though

I haven't read any of the replies - but he can go and do his own damn shopping if he wants "real" food. How disgustingly disrespectful - what happened to love and honour eh?

I've just signed up for The Protein Works based on HelloDan's recommendation The referral scheme is pretty good - so if you sign up using the referral code GP4345 you'll get a free 250g pack in any flavour with your first order. I'll get some store credit, so if you do sign up, post up your code then the next person can…

Good idea :) if anyone feels so inclined my referral code is (sorry guys, codes are against the forum rules) And I'll second HelloDan's request for reviews too - I was torn between Lemon Shortcake and Butterscotch ripple for my freebee, and plumped for butterscotch in the end, so would love to hear what people think of the…

Cheers! just signed up using your code so hopefully you'll get something snazzy for that!

I'd be tempted to reply to the guy that said " HE should of never got that fat in the first place" with something along the lines of "and you should *have* paid attention at school"

I'd have complained to the restuarent and got my money back, but running to the papers is way over the top!

Reading some of the quite serious attitudes on this thread really makes me want to duck out of the dating pool entirely :/

We see oursleves in the mirror everyday and the gradual changes that come with this journey just aren;t that visable. Plus there's the "fat day" effect - where your weight and size are exactly the same as the previous day, but something has changes psychologically so you think you're loads bigger. Did you take your…

Great link BerryH I got the sample of NROL4W on my kindle to see what it was like but it obviously didn't show the routines and I wanted to get an idea of what I'd be committing to before getting the book :)

Seriously?!?!?! I usually have two of those if I ever indulge in Dominos :/

I'd say its best not to think of starting over tomorrow. Start over right now! Just because you had ice cream and too much dinner doesn't mean that you have 'blown it' and should snack before bed for example.

Great post!. I particularly like the two photos that show you at 130lbs without the lifting and with. Amazing difference

I'm very afraid that someone might genuinely suggest it :/ I second The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo If you like off the wall humour then Mort by Terry Pratchett is a great read

i like it :)

my boobs shrinking faster than everything else!!!

I think both you and the poster you responded to kinda missed the point. I usually hate the term "real women" as it has been twisted to usually mean 'not skinny women' and I object to the notion that someone is less real because of their body mass When used correctly it's great. Dove's "real women" campaign actually meant…

I totally agree with this. Some people think that they have to be strong and that strong = not crying when sometimes its exactly what you need to release the feelings that would otherwise go into a pint of B&J. If you don't want to 'waste your tears' over this guy then put The Green Mile or Marley and Me or The Notebook on…

it's hard work, but take the word 'no' (and by association "don't" and other restrictive terms) out of your mentalspace when it comes to food. For example "Ok Lauren, don't eat any bread at dinner tonight" could become "Ok Lauren, there'll be bread at dinner tonight so have one small roll" by giving yourself permission to…

echoing the comments about a good sports bra. I wear a Shock Absorber Level 4 sports bra no matter what fitness activity I'm doing and although they are harder to locate in bigger cup sizes with the internet you can find anything! I'd also like to highlight for those ladies who've managed to drop a few sizes that Oxfam…

For me - touching your *kitten* isn't the deal breaker. The deal breaker is doing it at least two more times after you told him not to. I'd get rid

Wow! Fantastic post!

This!! Plus the top looks better than you think it does!
