Great topic. I haven't really thought about what this would be for me, but I will now P.S. loving the birthday cake comments!

In terms of MFP tracking its Cardio - I burn around 600 calories for an hour. How much it develops you strength wise depends on how much weight you lift. I'm still a relative beginner, but even with light weights I can still see that my muscles are more defined and I'm getting stronger all the time. It's my all time…

Gotta admit that I don;t understadn why people feel a need to knock others so much. It's happened to me a few times and I'm always too shocked to come back with anything witty The worst one for me was after I'd dropped 17lbs and went out in a bright purple dress wih sky high heels. I looked great. Then I walked into a bar…

I wouldn't have thought the stationary bike would bulk you up too much. Looking at someone like Victoria Pendleton who's going to train on a bike for much longer than an hour every day and she doesn't have bulky thighs. Generally in a "normal" person they find that both hormones peak and trough as you'd expect - so the fullness hormone is high at the end of a meal…

Oh my goodness! this is hilarious :)

I've not heard of this particular drug, but having a quick look at that link I'd advise staying away. It's just an appetite suppressant and if you are managing to stick to your calorie goals then it's probably a bit pointless and won't help you much. The other more important issue is in that first line "Adipex-P…

I'd say you're not obsessed. Obsessed would have been running despite the muscles needing to recover!

There are literally hundred of these things. Search for something like "bootcamp fitness holidays" in google and you'll find lots :)
