Thank you, Density then :) lol either way that is what I think happens most of the time. My bad on using the wrong wording :) but hopefully the point was still made, even though I now feel like an ignorant b*stard lol

The thing that annoys me the most comes from my partner. "I don't have time, it's all nice for you, but I have to work 10 hour shifts. I don't have the time to count calories and exercise." I'm like REALLY?! How do you think every other person on the planet works out and loses weight? *facepalm* She can be so infuriating…

I'm easily excitable....so I share changes I make with people. Plus if I voice that I'm doing something different I'm more likely to stick to it :)

Not lately. I lost 9 pounds in the beginner but been stuck for about a week at 277. I am not one to complain, so I just keep at it hoping to see more pounds drop when they are ready :) I know it's not a miracle and it takes dedication :)

Sounds cool, but what if my biggest fear is if I have a spike day I'll just fall off the wagon? Should I lost a lot of weight before I start spike days? As it is I can pretty much eat and be satisfied within the calorie goal mfp set up for me. However, I'm still completely clueless to a lot of things. I don't even know if…

Nice work :) Keep it up you're looking great!

I don't want to say ignore it....but really ignore it. Healthy sugars from fruit and veg are ok! It's the processed sugars you should watch out for. I personally allow myself a little bit of sugar for coffee, but that is because I'm not a sweetener person. Stevia is the only sweetener I'll use but it tastes dreadful in…

Did you try Turbo Fire? (I bought it, but I have to start smaller to get my heart into shape) Overall, it looked like a great program and I cannot wait until my heart is in shape enough to do it! :)

Seems like everyone (well 98%) of everyone was quite impressed and enjoyed the work out! That's it I'm doing it! If it wasn't already 9pm I'd start tonight, lol...I'm pumped. I only have super light weights because I have a kettlebell. So I guess I will start with the light weights until I get to the shop to get heavier…

Thanks everyone for the great advice! I'm totally going to do it tomorrow! I'm quite excited. I was trying to figure out something to get me started that wasn't too cardio heavy as my resting HR is a bit high and when I do cardio I about give myself a panic attack lol. It's good to know others did it and thanks for all the…

A girl on my friends, did it for about 8 days and you can already see results in her frame. So I'm totally inspired to start it tomorrow.

Thank you for your honesty!! :)

I really enjoyed reading your post! Could you give some examples of things to do at home for intense cardio sessions? I've also read about interval training. It's supposed to be the most effective way to lose fat. Now, my other question for you is in regards to the heart. Is it good to bring your heart rate up so high then…

I have found some fun recipes on bbcfood.com such as a curry. You just find things you can cut calories on. http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2027/onepot-mushroom-and-potato-curry That was devoured by people in the house. It was really good. I used a tikka masala paste rather than curry past so mine was an orange color. I…

I agree, it's actually turned out to be money saving for me. This could be because I don't eat meat or dairy or eggs anymore either. Beans, lentils, couscous, quinoa oh so cheap! I'm enjoying eating healthy (while I still indulge on going out to eat once in a while I just make better choices or if we're in a pinch like…

I read your profile as well. It's such a sad story! I've glad you've found happiness again though!

Cut up the banana and freeze it....that way it comes out like ice cream consistency. I usually go 1 banana, almond or coconut milk and a table spoon of peanut butter and blitz it in the blender. It's really nice. You could also add whatever you like such as nuts or cocoa powder if you want it chocolate. There are so many…

Great picture, I love love Felicia Day!!

Living in America it was quite easy to duck and hide until they went away. However, the annoying custom here seems to be to invite the unexpected and UniNvIteD guests into the house and offer a cup of tea....it gets really annoying especially when you don't want visitors and they ruin your plans for the day.

Thanks, I guess I should calm down. Maybe I should just make an appointment to see the doctor next week. I never go to the doctor so I'm sure a physical wouldn't hurt. Even for my weight I've always been relatively healthy. No BP problems, no diabetes, no cholesterol problems...Other than female problems such as PCOS and…

Thanks Angieleighbyr, I am just scared because when I exercised before it never has gone this high. I'm only starting to exercise and try to lose weight again recently and the numbers are sending me into a full on panic.

I'm keeping the HRM on and I've not moved and it's still sitting at like 97. According to a chart supposedly I should be about 85 resting. Could really use some advice :)

Thanks again for all the replies. I will definitely add in lunges and hope for the best! :)

Thanks! I've just always had thick thighs and I didn't know if there was a way I could focus on them during my weight loss so when the rest of my body loses they will be ahead of the game in losing. lol! I hate hate my thighs.

I said tomato....oops it's not even a vegetable =/ I got the math right though, does that count for anything?

Great Danes and Boxers! They have such great personalities and are so expressive. :)

This is completely normal. When you quit you'll feel like crap. Basically it's your lungs doing their thing....I can't remember all the medical mumbo jumbo but basically you will feel worse after quitting but you're repairing and then you'll feel better. I didn't have chest problems when I quit (the first time, I need to…

Honestly, get a boob job! I would prefer fake to my real ones... definitely smaller cup size as well!

Honestly, I do not know if you'll gain muscle mass or not with cardio, but it is worth checking your inches. Some people lose inches before pounds. :) Worth checking!
