There has to be natural protein powders out there, surely. When I say processed I mean chemical laden junk foods. I'm sorry to have been a bother. I see I made a mistake making the post. I'll continue to look online for something natural like a hemp protein or pea protein powder.

I've cut out processed things and chemicals make me sick. I don't use sweeteners because of the horrible side effects that go along with it. I don't have a scale that counts my calories.....didn't know they made those. I do use a scale to weight my food though. I weigh my meat once it's cooked so I make sure I'm getting the proper amount I need for my diet.

I know some people set up their own TDEE. However, MFP (I could be wrong) may have you "under" those calories as some people eat back the calories they burn. I would have to say I would still go in with my mom or my partner. I've even gone in with friends before...and I'll be 30 this month. I guess it's all in how close your relationships are would depend on level of weirdness. I've never found it weird.
