I don't really track,sugar. I don't eat clean enough anyway. As long as calories burned is greater than calories eaten, I am happy. I do try to keep some balance in the macros, carbs, fat, and protein.

Now that is the right way to say it. I still am obese. But I am working hard and making progress. I love watching others' progress. The photos help motivate me. They say to me, "You can do it!" And it is important to congratulate anyone who makes the smallest increments in progress sometimes. Working hard has its reward.

Just stay on course. 1300-1700 calories per day should maintain moderate loss for most people. Eating less than 1200 will throw you into starvation mode and you will stop losing fat possibly start gaining.
