Wow! You look so great! You don't even look like the same person. Great work! I agree that the surgery is NOT the easy way out. One of my good friends had the surgery in January and it's been a rough road for him. He looks amazing already but it's tough work.

Ramen noodles aren't healthy...Too much sodium and like zero nutritional value. Stick with foods that aren't necessarily the cheapest, but more satisfying. Some nice green spinach with grilled chicken breast is inexpensive and would fill you up.

Whenever I feel like not working out, I take a good look at my jiggles in the mirror and that gives me the kick in the butt to get to work..lol I always feel better after the workout, so I don't know why I fight it sometimes.

I thought I was the only one terrified of biscuit cans! I can open them, but I close my eyes and I jump and shriek every time. I prefer to make my biscuits from scratch or using a mix to avoid the cans though..lol

If you are eating because you're bored, find something to do that's not eating. Like, say you ate lunch an hour ago. You shouldn't be hungry yet, but you find yourself reaching for a snack. Go outside and get some fresh air, or call a friend to chat. It's all about creating new habits.

I usually get the Ravioli di Portabello..It's filling and reasonable on calories. Skip the breadsticks..While they are yummy, they're close to 200 calories each! EEK!

Probably a reaction to the caffeine. Your body didn't recognize it anymore. I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't had any caffeine in a few weeks. Had some, and got all sweaty and shaky. No more caffeine for me!

Your calorie goal for the day includes a deficit. So if you were to eat just your calorie goal, you should lose weight. If you exercise, you "earn" more calories while keeping your deficit... I haven't had caffeine in over a month. If you plow through the withdrawls you'll find that after a few days you'll start feeling good in the morning without it. :)

If I have to guesstimate, I will WAY overshoot it so I don't undercount it. I do measure as much as possible though.

Close to your period by any chance? You could be retaining water. Drink LOTS of water. Dehydration will cause you to retain as well.
