We went out for our Valentines dinner on Saturday. I personally ate 2 loaves of the fresh bread they bring out. And lots of fresh herbed butter. Guess who isn't going out for Italian food for a very long time? I can't be trusted around delicious bread. lol

Pink Ladys are my favorite. Honeycrisp when they are right in season are great too. (There's only a short window where they taste just right to me.) Can't do Red Delicious, Granny Smith or any of the grainy varieties. Ick.

So yourself a favor and stay off the scale for a week or two. Keep doing what you're doing and it will settle. I'm gearing up for my TOM and I'm up a few lbs this week. It's hard, but I know its only bloat.

I know when I got mine, it made my cycles wonky for few months. Just hang in there, and the.bloat will come off. It's likely just water weight.

Pasta measurement is done pre-cooking, not after. 2oz of spaghetti is actually a pretty decent amount. (About 1 cup cooked.)

^^This. You burn calories just by being alive. Sounds about right to me. Your exercise calories increase the amount that is burned.

Totally my experience, and yours may vary.. I quit drinking anything other than water about 3 weeks ago. I was drinking Coke Zero, probably 3-4+ a day.
