I usually drink my water room temp. I did the drink mixes but I felt that was slowing down my weight loss (carbs from splenda). So, now I drink regular water and may put in some lemon at times. Colette

I use a big 32 oz jug I bought when I used to go to weight watchers a couple of years ago. Fill that up a couple times a day and I am good to go. I also fill up a 20 oz bottle or two that I take with me when I go away.

There is a lot wrong with aspartame. Headaches are one of the symptoms of using it. I gave up drinking crystal light type drinks a few weeks ago. It can stall your loss. I am staying away from chemical type sweeteners and using the natural ones. Splenda is not a natural sweetener. I have stopped using that, because when…

Nope...just a cheap department store kind in the toy section...lol It will have to do until I get the one by Marissa Torme. She has a nice weighted hoop along with a DVD. Hi all, the 3 minute cake was good. The whipped cream cheese made a lot of difference. The cake is sort of bland because you don't have all the sugar in it making it sweet. But it was awesome anyway. I pretty much gave up all soda's. I occasionally treat my self to a diet cherry pepsi...maybe once a week. My main drinks now are water, coffee and tea. I really don't miss the soda at all.

I just noticed something today....since I have been eating LC, I have noticed that my veggies have a mild sweetness to them. Anyone else notice this? Amazing how not eating sugar and flour can clean up your taste buds....so this is what real food tastes like...lol Colette

I have the same one...triple chocolate. It has fructose and stevia extract in it. There are 4 net carbs per serving if made with the water. Add more for soy, almond or other milk type products. I tried it with soy milk, the sugarless one. It was pretty good, but I have not tried it with water yet. Might do that tomorrow!!!
