So according to Scooby, my BMR is 1332, my daily calories based on goal is 1465. In MFP I put in 1465 as my goal, and don't worry about eating back exercise calories unless they bring my net below 1332? So I don't aim for 1465 a day?

I was a 38ddd (now 36ddd). I found a front zippered Under Armor that I absolutely love! I have 2 of them actually--one in white and one in black. There is nothing like the pain that comes from sitting on that little bitty seat! The padding does help, but I personally never got used to it and finally bought some bike shorts. SOOOOO worth it!

I disagree. I'd say the truth is more likely that people DO not achieve long-term sustainable weight loss. That does not mean they CANNOT do it.
