Remember that as you get older, your body takes more time to lose weight and to adjust. Be patient. I am 44 and it will take six weeks for me to lose one pound. I am three weeks in and have not lost anything yet but I am not giving up.

The best results are circuit training. Search YouTube for dumbell strength exercises. Buy a cheap skipping rope and you are set. Chest, back, shoulders and arms one day. I keep rice crisps around... they crunch like chips and they have all these awesome flavours now! My problem is not 8pm... it is my body waking me up at 2am to eat! Sometimes I sleep eat and discover the open wrapper/bag/package in the morning. I don't do it every night... thank goodness.

The most I ever found was $20 on the ground in a parking lot at a mall during Christmas time. My kids hardly ever get fast food as I can't afford it usually. This was awesome as I was running late and had a class at the gym so I picked up some Subway for the kids on the way home.
